Refunds & Returns

Our goal at Western Wild Photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact the photographs, once sent, cannot be returned, Western Wild Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected, approved, and paid for the custom photo or product and then Western Wild Photography sent the buyer the correct photograph or item), it is then considered non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to ‘not liking a photo’.  If there is a problem with the photo itself, we will do everything we can to make it right.

If a photograph or item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you.
